Cider from Poland

Bizarrely cider is not sold in shops here and indeed virtually unknown in Poland. However, we make our own Farmhouse Cider here on our farm here in the far west of Poland. Our cider is not made using apple concentrate. Our cider contains 100% juice from locally grown apples in the Lubuskie Region. We don't use sprays or artificial fertilisers in the orchards.

Some of the apples we make our cider from are from Polish apple trees, and some from some traditional cider apple trees we brought over from England.

Although we have now been making our cider for several years now, we produce this only for consumption by ourselves, family, and friends. We don't sell this. Perhaps one day but not now.
