German Invasion of Poland

Here are three more scans of original photographs from our fairly extensive picture archive of all things Polish and Poland. These photographs record the early stages of the German invasion of Poland in 1939. These were all taken in the and around the Poznan (Posen) province, which after the German invasion became the Warthegau of Germany.
